From the rocky foothill soils of Italy’s Trentino region, known for its cool evenings and warm days, comes our refreshing Pinot Grigio. Zesty and floral, it has delicate notes of honeysuckle and figs before a soft, lingering finish.

Winemaking Techniques:

These hand-picked Pinot Grigio grapes have undergone cool fermentation in steel tanks and an extended maceration on its lees to showcase the wine’s bright fruit notes and to bring added depth and complexity.

Pairings:

Enjoy with parmesan basil orzo, grilled tilapia or simply with a wedge of asiago.
