Aromas of nectarines and honeydew lead to delicate notes of citrus that dance through its lively finish.

Winemaking Techniques:

Our Prosecco D.O.C. comes from carefully selected glera grapes grown in the heart of Northern Italy. Following time-honored Prosecco winemaking techniques, selected yeasts and sugars are added for fermentation under a temperature controlled pressurized tank and is filtered prior to bottling to remove the yeast.

Pairings:

Enjoy with prosciutto wrapped melon or simply with a wedge of creamy brie.
